Hi 5 to...Steve

Steve LeBillon was getting a bit lazy with his home gym equipment, so he decided organised exercise was the best way to stay motivated. Steve's a brick layer, but he wanted to get fit for his off road motorcycling so he began attending the Way2Go Men's Circuit in Wakefield. Hi_5_Steve_B.jpg

Prior to starting, Steve was often so stiff he could hardly get out of bed in the morning, but the circuit work has made him much more flexible.  This improved flexibilty has resulted in a lot  less  twinges and discomfort from his work.

His motorcycle performance has also improved drastically.  Steve often does an endurance 21k loop track,  and now his arms and legs still have strength at the end of his ride.

Steve really looks forward to his Thursday circuits for the social aspect as well. He enjoys getting to know new people and finds his instructor very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Way2Go Wakefield coordinator, Greg Biggs says Steve's support, and  his referral of the men's circuit to his friends, has been vital for the programmes survival.
